Charitable work is a large part of our practice at South Shore Plastic Surgery. Dr. Vasisht just returned from Bayombong, Philippines. (January 19-23, 2009) Dr. V again accompanied his colleagues Dr. Mosser and Dr. Huang along with the charitable organization the Philippine Medical Society of Northern California to this remote region of the Philippines. WIth your help, the fundraising effort allowed us to purchase supplies used in performing surgery for the under-privileged children with cleft lip and palate deformities. If you are interested in donating funds, please call our office for more information. Your funds will go DIRECTLY towards helping these children. We will keep you posted on all our efforts and you will be able to see how your contributions have helped people in another part of the world. If you would like to contribute, please call out office at 856-784-2639.
Dr. Vasisht is devoted to his profession as a plastic surgeon. "One way for me to pay back all that I have learned and trained for as a plastic surgeon is to perform surgery for people who do not have access to health care," says Dr. Vasisht.
