Other indications are facial and neck wrinkles or a desire to change the chin and neck contour if you think you have a tired facial appearance. It has been my experience that most patients don’t require a full face lift. During the consultation and subsequent examination, I have found that most patients require only a limited version of the full face lift procedure, with more of a focus on improving the cheek, jawline and neck. The desired result is a more rested and youthful contour to the face and neck. In my hands the overall goal is to make the patient look like a younger version of themselves. Avoidance of the done or tight look following the procedure is paramount.
